Devil’s Bargain Toys is pleased to announce the release of the first novel set in the Devil’s Bargain Toys Universe.

Devil’s Bargain: Of Masks and Martyrs is available right now on Amazon. Written by Bill Nedrow, the novel chronicles the adventures of the Bullet Man, Jody Aquino-Barr, as he navigates his life after defecting from the Sky Pirates and tries to reestablish himself as a hero. Under the tutelage of the mysterious Dr. Ursa, Jody will not only confront his former allies but also deal with the enigmatic Uncle Sam Jr. and his Shields of Liberty.

Fans of Devil’s Bargain Toys are already familiar with characters such as the Bullet Man, Black Jet, and the Sky Pirates on account of their 1:18th scale figures releases during JoeFest 2023 and 2024. Upgraded reissues of these characters are currently in production and should be available to order in partnership with BigBadWorkShop at BBTS in early 2026.

The next wave of figures, which includes Uncle Sam Jr., Hanging Chad, Sentinel, Party Line, Glory, Dr. Ursa, Agent Marlow, and the Gold Stars Agents, are also in production and will be made available via this site. Fans are urged to sign up for alerts, as supplies will be limited and are expected to sell out.

Bill Nedrow, after helping company founder Ed Hellman write the universe bible, was brought on to pen the novel in early 2025. The author has plenty of experience working with licensed toy properties, having written novels, essays, and comic books for G.I. Joe, Marauder Task Force, and Valaverse.
